Return ALLOWED if:

• Defective on Arrival (Power tool motor not running, switch malfunctioning)
• Manufacturing Defect - Threading defect, valve leakage, electrical short in unit
• Wrong Item Delivered - Wrong dimension, model, brand, color shade or gauge
• Transit Damage on Arrival - Physical breakage with unboxing inspection/photo proof

Return NOT ALLOWED if:

• Used/installed items (Pipes already cut, sanitaryware installed, cement/paint cans opened)
• Electrical components burnt due to incorrect voltage wiring/fluctuation
• Change of Mind after delivery without any product defect
• Missing original components, accessories, screws, invoice or brand packaging

Return Process:

1. Raise request within 7 days — WhatsApp 9955695466 with Order ID + Photo/Video
2. Approval in 24 hours, Pickup in 48 hours across Patna and Danapur
3. Pack in original box with all accessories, fitting attachments, invoice and warranty documents.
4. After QC check, replacement dispatch or refund issued within 5-7 working days.

Refund:

• Replacement if same item/spec is in stock.
• Prepaid orders — 100% refund credited back to original payment mode (Card/UPI/NetBanking).
• COD orders — Refund processed via Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI within 7 days.
• If accessories/manuals are missing — Partial deduction may apply as per return assessment.
